Q: "How do I know if my competition results count and have been received for posting?" 

 

A:  All competitions that are registered with the ASHA and posted on the online Competition Calendar are eligible to be included for KSF Pleasure, Park and Western Invitational qualifying. The qualifying period for the 2009 Kentucky State Fair World's Championship Horse Show is July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009.

To find if a competition is registered, click here or navigate to Competitions --> Find Competitions in the red navigation menu. Competitions can be searched by Region, Date Range, Competition Name, Judges, Affiliation, or any combination of these criteria. If All Competitions is clicked, all competitions for the 2009 calendar year will be displayed. In order to find 2008 competitions within the 2009 KSF qualifying period, use the appropriate Date Range to search.  Detailed search instructions are posted on the Find Competitions page.

To determine the status of a competition's results, look on that competition's calendar listing under the date in the left-hand column for Results Posted or Results Received. The space will be blank if results have not been received.
