2021 ASHBA Youth Scholarship Applications Now Available

The 2021 American Saddlebred Horse and Breeders Association (ASHBA) Youth Scholarship Application is now available! The ASHBA is committed to helping educate and foster the future of our industry through these impactful scholarships. All youth members, grade 11 and above are eligible to apply for scholarships to be used for higher education.

“We are excited to open the application period for the 2021 ASHBA Youth Scholarships! The most important thing we can do for the future of our industry is to invest in our youth—this scholarship lets us do just that!” said Programs Manager, Samantha Geller.

Applications are due June 1 and references must be received by the ASHBA office no later than June 15. If you have any questions regarding the application or process please reach out to ASHBA Programs Manager, Sam Geller (s.geller@asha.net). 

Since 1991, the American Saddlebred Horse Association has awarded more than $200,000 in scholarships to youth involved with American Saddlebreds. Each year, ASHA recognizes its members in grade 11 or higher, age 21 and under, on the basis of academic success, financial need, extracurricular activities, community service, and involvement with American Saddlebred horses.
