ASHBA Partners with National Academy Championship Horse Show
The American Saddlebred Horse & Breeders Association (ASHBA) is proud to announce its partnership with Joyce Webster and the National Academy Championship Horse Show (NACHS).
ASHBA will provide programs, entertainment, and prizes during the hallmark event, including a pizza party, carnival with ice cream and games, Horsing Around with Ellen Beard, junior judging contests, a tack room judging contest, and Saturday Night Celebrities featuring Saddlebred icons in our industry.
Join us on Nov. 3-6 in Murfreesboro, Tenn. for what will be one of the most fun showing experiences of the year. This is the only four-day, three-judge-panel academy show in the nation. With more than 1,200 entries from 18 states in 2021, the NACHS is excited to add another evening performance Thursday night.
“I look forward to having the ASHBA join forces with this one of a kind show for the academy rider,” said Webster. “With the overwhelming growth of this show, we welcome the extra help and support to continue this unique show. This is the future of our industry and it is nice to see our Association get behind it.”
Founded in 1999 by Webster, the NACHS is the gold standard of academy shows. In the past 23 years, NACHS has donated 100percent of its proceeds of $689,000 to date, to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
“We are so excited to work with Joyce and the National Academy Championship Horse Show Team,” said ASHBA Executive Director, David Mount. “Joyce’s commitment and service to the American Saddlebred is infectious and ASHBA is so excited be part of this amazing event. We look forward to bringing more programming and support to NACHS.”
