ASHBA Welcomes Edifice “Eddy” Jengo as Accounting Manager
The American Saddlebred Horse & Breeders Association (ASHBA) is pleased to announce the addition of Edifice “Eddy” Jengo as our Accounting Manager. In this role, he will be assisting our team manage the financial elements of our programs and business operations.
“ASHBA is thrilled to welcome a professional such as Eddy that has the prior experience and skillset to assist a non-profit such as ourselves and manage the accounting for the specialized programs we offer,” said David Mount, ASHBA Executive Director.
Eddy comes to ASHBA after several years as the Senior Accounting Manager with Kentucky based accounting firm WR Ramsey & Associates. In this role, he successfully managed the payrolls, budget reviews and tax preparations for over 40 business clients.
“I'm looking forward to using my knowledge, education, and skillset to advance ASHBA mission” shared Eddy.
A graduate of Champlain College in Vermont, Eddy earned his bachelor’s degree in Account. During this time, Eddy also worked in accounting services assisting independent businesses with their bookkeeping and payroll needs.
Eddy is originally from the Republic Democratic of Congo (DRC). Before moving to these United States of America, Eddy lived in several African countries where he learned many languages such as Swahili, Portuguese, French, and various dialects of each. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, playing piano, exploring nature and learning.
