Saddlebred World Remembers Kylie Rae Harris

Kylie Rae Harris,May 15, 1989 – September 4, 2019

Kylie Rae Harris, passed away in a car crash on September 4th while in route to Taos, New Mexico.

The daughter of longtime NTASHA President & Secretary, Brent & Betsy Cowan, Kylie had been promised a bright future. A gifted guitarist, brilliant singer & songwriter & loving Mother to her six year old daughter Corbie Rae Watkins, country music & the state of Texas have lost a beautiful soul.
