CH Chandler

These horses have been honored with a donation to the American Saddlebred Horse and Breeders Association towards the technology upgrade, which will enhance the ASHBA website and help support the advancement of our breed.

Whether he is waiting, quite impatiently, for his favorite peppermints or bursting down the rail at a show, Chandler has always held an unparalleled magnetism. He is charming, bold, exhilarating at his work, giving his all whether he’s making passes at home or racking his heart out at Louisville.

His allure comes not from his conformation or a perky look, but rather the energy he exudes in every single powerful step. Chandler had an amazing career, with wins at all the top shows including two World Championships and one World Grand Championship in Juvenile 5-Gaited. No moment can compare to when the roses were placed over his shoulders, yet no matter what the ride, at a show or at home, I always seemed to actually laugh out loud in pure elation, thoroughly enjoying my ride on a true champion.

Show ring photos are fine, but we would prefer personal photos along with a short story of 100 words or less about a favorite memory of your horse. Please email Kimberly Skipton to submit your photos and stories.

Make a tax deductible donation of $200 to ASHBA to honor YOUR special horse on the Wall of Honor, or print out the nomination form (pdf).
