forreferenceonly.pngEleven years ago, I was fortunate enough to find a once in a lifetime horse. For Reference Only “Doc” is the ideal ambassador for the saddlebred breed. He is beautiful, kind, smart, brave, and always eager to please. I am the luckiest girl to have been blessed with this amazing animal.

Doc has given me so many thrills. We won a World Championship together in Pleasure and are now enjoying the western division. The best times, however, are not in the show ring. They are the quiet times at the barn and enjoying our favorite activity, trail riding.

Show ring photos are fine, but we would prefer personal photos along with a short story of 100 words or less about a favorite memory of your horse. Please email Kimberly Skipton to submit your photos and stories.
