$100,000 Breeders Challenge Announcements

The American Saddlebred Horse and Breeders Association (ASHBA) is proud to present the $100,000 Breeders Challenge in conjunction with the United Breeders Collation. This year’s program will be comprised of three events at the World’s Championship Horse Show: the $100,000 Breeders Challenge class, the online stallion service auction, and the Breeders Challenge Auction Party.

Breeder’s and Trainer’s Bonus and Trophy

The $100,000 Breeders Challenge is proud to announce a $2,500 bonus and trophy for both the trainer and breeder of the winning entry. The breeder's bonus was generously donated by Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital and trophy by Stonecroft Farm. The trainer's bonus was generously donated by Memory Lane Farm and trophy by Royal Winds Farm. Additionally, Appointments USA has donated trophy coolers for the winner of the Breeders Challenge and all other ASHBA prize program classes at the World’s Championship Horse Show.

Breeders Challenge Auction and Live Auction Party

Online bidding for 2023 Breeders Challenge stallion services begin Saturday, Aug. 20, at noon and goes until Friday, Aug. 26, at 4:00 PM. Join us after the show that Friday as we auction off the top 10 stallions live. This is a party you will not want to miss! Entertainment will be provided by Tony and the Tan Lines.

Breeders Challenge Entry Deadline

The deadline to enter the Breeders Challenge is Tuesday, July 5. Late entries will be accepted July 6 through July 15 with a $1,000 per horse penalty. Online entries will be accepted at horsehowsonline.com.
