2020 ASR Futurity Declaration of Intent to Show Deadline Update

In order to follow local, state and federal guidelines and requirements related to the COVID-19 pandemic, nominated horses that have been entered and will be showing in ASR Futurity classes, at the 2020 World’s Championship Horse Show (WCHS), must declare and pay the starting fee by 5:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, August 19, 2020.  There will be no in-person declarations accepted at the show.   Failure to declare and pay the starting fee by the above deadline will result in an added $500 penalty per entry, per class.

Futurity declaration forms and payment deadline information will be mailed in late July after the list of futurity entries are received from the WCHS Horse Show Office.  Payments and declarations may be mailed and postmarked by Monday, August 10, or faxed to 859.259.1628, emailed to [email protected] or phoned in by Wednesday, August 19 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
