2020 ASR Two Year Old Sweepstakes Winners from ASHAV

  

The 2020 Two-Year-Old Sweepstakes classes were held at the ASHAV Horse Show in Lexington, Virginia this past weekend.  Eligible two-year-old's were shown in Fine Harness or 3-Gaited.  The classes not only competed for ASR Prize Program purses but an additional $10,000 in added money that was split between the two sweepstakes.

The 2020 ASR Two Year Old Sweepstakes Fine Harness winner and champion is True Patriot. A two year old colt by Top Of The Mark out of Walterway’s Sing To Me. He was bred by Merrill Murray and is owned and trained by Royal Winds Farm.

The 2020 ASR Two Year Old Sweepstakes Three-Gaited Park winner and champion is Sedgefield’s Invictus. A two year old colt by Undulata’s Nutcracker out of CH Our Charming Lady (BHF). He is bred, raised, and owned by Jack and Donna Finch and is trained by High Caliber Stables.

The American Saddlebred Sweepstakes Program is designed to perpetuate the breeding, training and showing of the American Saddlebred horse. They are a great benefit in promoting the breed and bringing new people into the industry.
