Kalarama’s Treasured Dream Recognized as a Horse of Honor

February 23, 2026: Lexington, KY – The American Saddlebred Horse & Breeders Association (ASHBA) proudly recognized Juliette Dell with the 2025 Horses of Honor – 3-Gaited Award, presented by Smith Lilly at the Major Awards Ceremony during the 2026 ASHBA Annual Convention.

The Horses of Honor distinction celebrates exceptional achievement in the show ring and honors equine athletes whose performance and presence exemplify the very best of the American Saddlebred. This year’s 3-Gaited recognition honors Kalarama’s Treasured Dream, a mare whose brilliance, balance, and unmistakable expression have distinguished her at the highest levels of competition.

Bred by Hall of Fame breeder Joan Hamilton of historic Kalarama Farm, Treasured Dream represents generations of excellence. Though rooted in five-gaited greatness, she carved her own path in the three-gaited division, developing into a mare defined by correctness, power, and elegance. She combines strength with refinement and delivers performances marked by precision, confidence, and poise.

Owned and exhibited by Juliette Dell, this partnership reflects patience, trust, and shared belief. Together, they have earned Grand Championship and World Champion honors, captivating audiences with a presence that commands attention the moment she enters the ring.
