The American Saddlebred Horse Association Forms Strategic Planning Committee
LEXINGTON, KY (May 26, 2018) – The American Saddlebred Horse Association (ASHA) announces the formation of a Strategic Planning Committee chaired by Marty Schaffel.
The Strategic Planning Committee is charged with examining the Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategies, and Action Plans to move the organization forward in both the short and long-term.
“Both the Board of Directors of the ASHA and I believe that we need to re-examine the strategic plan of the organization in order to best serve both the breed and our members,” said ASHA President David Mount. “I’ve appointed a group of American Saddlebred enthusiasts and ASHA members who also happen to be successful business people to lead the charge.”
In addition to Chair Marty Schaffel the other members of the committee include:

The ASHA will periodically post status updates to the News Feed of the ASHA web site (saddlebred.com) as well as include status updates to the ASHA social media channels.
