The Wing Tempo Award will not be awarded this year based on the recommendation of the VERSA Board. The VERSA Board carefully considered the nominees for the Wing Tempo award in the specific context of the parameters of the award as set forth by the governing body of the organization. While there were fine examples of the American Saddlebred to consider it was determined that they are still working towards that level of excellence to which Wing Tempo honorees aspire. They hope this year's nominees will continue on their current trajectory to become Wing Tempo honorees in the future."
