ASHA National Select Series Vertual Saddlebred Show Session 1- Welcome Week Presented in partnership with State Line Tack

Show season may be put on hold, but that doesn’t mean we have to sit on the sidelines from sharing our fantastic American Saddlebreds. 2020 is the debut year for the ASHA National Select Series presented by State Line Tack, and we are getting it started by taking it virtually! State Line Tack is letting us in on their ever-popular Seclusion Showdown to host a virtual Saddlebred horse show of our own. Join us this week for the ASHA National Select Series Virtual Saddlebred Show presented in partnership by State Line Tack.

Session 1 is “Welcome Week” offering classes in every division from the ASHA National Select Series plus more! It will run from Tuesday, April 14 to Wednesday, April 22 on the ASHA Facebook. Classes will be posted at 8 am ET on Tuesday.  This week and classes are for everyone no matter the picture dates, exhibitor status or horse’s competitive level! Rules and more details available below. This will be open to all American Saddlebreds and followers on our ASHA Facebook page. We will place entries first through fifth, and the winner from each class will receive an e-gift certificate from State Line Tack. 

There is no cost to enter, but for anyone willing to donate $10 per class, we are naming the ASHA Equine Welfare Advocacy Committee (EWAC) Fundraiser to help the American Saddlebreds in legal seizures they are currently helping or the future cases they will need to assist later this year. For every additional $10 you donate to EWAC Fundraiser, you may also nominate friends and/or make additional entries for classes.

Session 1 Rules

    Starts Tuesday, April 14, 8am ET and closes Wednesday, April 22, 11:59pm ET. To enter, you must comment directly on the photo posted on ASHA Facebook page for that class. The image will show the class name/number. Please click on the image of the class you would like to enter and comment with your entry. Classes are open to all years, all levels and all exhibitor statuses (Juvenile, Amateur, Open etc.) Classes are limited to 1 entry per person per class. Photos can be from any date Must be an American Saddlebred Should be a horse you’ve owned, trained or exhibited Side profile photos are preferred Video entries MUST be from a past horse show and can be posted in the comments directly or via a link. Must include at least 10 seconds of footage at the trot. It is not required to wear show clothing/tack, clip, band, braid, etc. No extra credit will be given for these items.
