ASHBA at the Blowing Rock Saddlebred Charity Horse Show

June 30, 2026: Lexington, KY – ASHBA spent June 6–7 at the Blowing Rock Saddlebred Charity Horse Show, enjoying a great weekend of connecting with exhibitors, trainers, owners, and fans of the American Saddlebred.

Throughout the show, we hosted a merchandise table where visitors could stop by to learn more about ASHBA, pick up merchandise, and grab a copy of the 2026 Stallion Journal. We were excited to distribute journals to breeders, owners, and enthusiasts as they begin making plans for the coming breeding season.

One of the highlights of the weekend was seeing the ASAC Youth Group host Junior Judging. The program gave young exhibitors and horse enthusiasts the opportunity to test their judging skills and learn more about evaluating Saddlebreds. It was wonderful to see so many youth participants eager to learn and get involved.

We also had the chance to collect several new Saddlebred Stories from youth exhibitors. These stories shared the friendships, lessons, and special moments that come from growing up with American Saddlebreds. Hearing directly from these young riders was a reminder of the passion and dedication that continues to keep our breed strong.

We appreciate everyone who stopped by the ASHBA table, picked up a Stallion Journal, shared their story, or simply took a moment to visit with us, and look forward to joining Blowing Rock in the future!
