ASR Featured Form: Statement of Signature Authority

Did you know that if you want to give someone authority to sign on your behalf that the Statement of Signature Authority form is available? This form may be used to grant authority to execute American Saddlebred Registry documents and forms on behalf of the grantor(s) of the authority. Authorized signatory(s) may be assigned for an individual, corporation, LLC, Partnership, Trust, farm, stable, or other entity. The Statement of Signature Authority will include the name(s) and signature(s) of all persons authorized to sign business transactions for that entity and the grantor(s) or their heirs or assigns of such signature authority.
