ASR Featured Form: Transfer Report Form

Did you know that a Transfer Report form must be completed when you sell your registered horse?  The Registry offers the Transfer Report form to be completed by the recorded owner(s) of the horse.  The completed transfer report should be submitted to the ASR office along with the original registration certificate and transfer fees in order to complete the transfer of ownership to the new owner.
