From the Desk of Terri Dolan / Executive Director of ASHA

As we get ready to gather in Louisville this week and next for the World's Championship Horse Show, it is a time of excitement and anticipation for many who have worked so hard to achieve their goals. We at ASHA are working hard to make sure that not only our members but the outside world knows about our beautiful, versatile breed. We have already had three spots on the local television and radio shows with more planned. We have a series of press releases to go out to the Lexington and Louisville markets as well posts for a variety of social media sites. Our team has worked hard to create the new ASHA app intended to keep all informed with pertinent information at their fingertips. This is an endeavor in its first year and we are working as quickly as we can to make enhancements. Cynthia Lowell in our ASHA office developed this app and many thanks for her hard work.

Also, we will be promoting the American Saddlebred at Agland where up to 130,000 attendees of the fair are expected to pass by our large booth at the South Exhibit Hall. Many thanks to all our partners, photographers, videographers, media folks, Kentucky State Fair Board, WCHS office, volunteers and all of our sponsors for helping to make this a fabulous show!

Safe travels to everyone and best wishes for a great 2018 WCHS!!
