Important Alert for Mailing Forms to ASR & ASHA

We have received some recent reports of missing mail sent through the USPS and want to provide information on alternative methods to submit documentation to the Registry and to the Association. To ensure we are able to best assist costumers and members we highly recommend using the online options or submitting forms via email. 

The following online American Saddlebred Registry forms are currently available to be submitted through our website at www.asha.net on every ASHA Member's "My Profile Page"

Stallion Service Report Form – please note the deadline for submitting stallion service report forms is September 30th.

You may also scan and email all other ASR forms and ASHA Forms to [email protected].  If you do not have a scanner, you can include a photo of a completed form.  You can also fax forms to (859) 259-1628.  Please note that original registration certificates must be submitted in order to transfer ownership or to request a name change for a registered horse.  We recommend that these be mailed by certified mail or another mail carrier with tracking.
