Important Reminder From The Registry

Per Registry Rule Section V.C. Procedure To Record Transfer Of Ownership

Transfers shall be completed and signed by the seller or the seller’s authorized agent.  Please note that under this rule the Registry cannot accept other signatures and must have the actual signature of the seller. If someone else is signing on behalf of the seller, that authorization must be on file with the American Saddlebred Registry.  Statement of Signature Authority forms may be downloaded here and are also available from the Registry.
