Saddlebred Service Awards Recognize Outstanding Industry Dedication

February 23, 2026: Lexington, KY – The American Saddlebred Horse & Breeders Association (ASHBA) honored six exceptional individuals with the 2025 Saddlebred Service Awards, presented at the Saddlebred Celebrations Luncheon during the 2026 ASHBA Annual Convention.
The Saddlebred Service Awards recognize individuals whose dedication, leadership, and service have made a lasting impact on the American Saddlebred and the community that supports it. These honors celebrate those who give their time, expertise, and passion beyond personal achievement to strengthen the breed, support fellow horsemen and horsewomen, and advance the mission and values of the Association through meaningful and sustained service.
“This award is a tribute to service that often happens behind the scenes, but whose impact is felt across the breed and throughout our community,” said Smith Lilly, Immediate Past President of ASHBA, who presented the awards. “These individuals exemplify stewardship, integrity, and commitment, and their contributions help ensure the American Saddlebred continues to thrive for future generations.”
