Saddlebreds Share Spotlight at USEF Pegasus Awards

ASHA members and American Saddlebreds were in the spotlight to be honored at the 2020 US Equestrian Annual Meeting in West Palm Beach, FL, this past weekend. From our breed’s current top performers to members who have dedicated their lives to helping advance our community, there was room for all to be recognized. David Mount was in attendance to represent the ASHA and join in the celebration of our members and horses. The honors took place over two fantastic evenings with Friday’s prestigious Pegasus Awards for equestrian leaders and inspirations from the equine community and Saturday’s Horse of the Year Awards. The highlights for us were having four outstanding individuals from the American Saddlebred community being honored with Pegasus Awards and WGC CH The Daily Lottery being a US Equestrian National Horse of Honor. In addition to these major award winners, an additional eight Saddlebreds were recognized as USEF National Point Leaders their respective divisions on Saturday. We are proud to have the following individuals and horses representing the American Saddlebred and thankful to our fellow equestrians joining in the celebration of their accomplishments.
