USEF and ASHA Spearhead Important Modifications to Benefit Equine Welfare

  

This afternoon the USEF released the following statement to their members from CEO, Bill Moroney. “We are very appreciative of the efforts of USEF to find a solution that benefits and supports the welfare of our horses and the requests from our trainers,” said Terri Dolan Executive Director of the ASHA.  These new guidelines will help in the timing of when medication may be given to our horses for shipping and clipping prior to competition.”
