Wisconsin Futurity Announces Its 41st Annual Live Stallion Service Auction

December 12, 2025 - The 41st Annual Wisconsin Limited Breeders Live Stallion Service Auction will be held Sunday January 11, 2026 at the Thunder Bay Restaurant in Milwaukee, WI.
 
A buffet brunch begins at 11:00 AM followed by the annual meeting at 12:30 PM. The Live Stallion Service Auction starts at 1:00 PM. The nation's top producing stallions are represented in this Live Stallion auction.
 
In 2025, the Wisconsin Limited Breeders Weanling Stake class alone paid out more than $51,000 with the first place owner receiving $15,300 and the Stallion owner $3,825.
 
The Dr. Rick Luft Limited Breeders Weanling Stake of Wisconsin was the first American Saddlebred prize program of its kind in the nation and still going very strong after 41 years. Wisconsin has paid out more than $3 million largely due to the generosity of participating Stallion owners. Payouts to Stallion owners have been over $750,000.
